If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return it to receive a full refund or store credit. All orders must be returned within 30 days of being purchased to be eligible for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will not be issued a full refund if:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you wish to return your item, start by emailing our support team at email@example.com with the subject titled "RETURN".
Please state the reason for your return and whether you would like to exchange the item or be issued a refund.
Once we have collected all the necessary information from you, you will be issued an ORDER RETURN NUMBER. This number (also known as an RMA) must be CLEARLY displayed on the package.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You must display your designated ORDER RETURN NUMBER on your return package. Your carrier of choice is responsible for providing you with their own shipping label. Please insure that the RMA is clearly written or printed on the outside of the package.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to be issued a replacement for a defective item, start by filing a return. Be sure to let your support technician know that you would like to exchange the item for a new one, instead of being issued a refund.
The Elephant Temple will be responsible for returning the exchanged item to your door once it has been approved at our warehouse (except for international orders). Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchanged item to arrive.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for orders placed outside of the continental United States at this time.
